Ever wanted to learn about making a photobook from the ground up? From 19-22 September, Loose Joints co-founder Lewis Chaplin returns to the picturesque Bowen Island, British Columbia for a second run of his intensive four-day workshop in collaboration with Fotofilmic — and early bird registration is now open.
Strategies: Approaching the Photobook takes participants through the entire process from A to Z — from creative strategies, editing and sequencing through to design, production, logistics and promotion — across four packed days of exercises, one-to-one reviews, group critiques and tailored feedback on your own book project, set against the backdrop of one of Canada’s most beautiful natural environments. The workshop is open to artists of all backgrounds and stages of their book journey.
Last year’s edition was an extraordinary experience for everyone involved and we are thrilled to be doing it again. Ten places only, with early bird pricing available until 31 May — head to fotofilmic.com/loose-joints for full details and to apply.
