Standard stock and regular Loose Joints titles are not affected by the new tarriffs, as these are always shipped domestically from our USA warehouse.
Rare and special edition titles stocked only in the EU may take longer to reach USA customers. To avoid US customers being charged the new $80 minimum customs fee on individual international packages, we now consolidate these orders into a monthly bulk shipment from France to our Brooklyn warehouse, from where these orders are dispatched domestically. This may add up to one month to delivery times, but ensures that customers are not burdened with unnecessary customs costs. Here's how it works:

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free shipping applies to most orders over £70 (UK/EU) and $120 (USA).

Free shipping is only valid if your order is dispatched from the local fulfilment centre in your region.
If items ship from a different warehouse, standard shipping charges apply. Each product page specifies if stock is only held in one location.
Signed, rare, and special editions are often limited to one fulfilment location, so free shipping may not apply.

When will my order ship?
In-stock items: within 3–5 business days.
Pre-ordered titles: within 3–5 business days of the launch date. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If your order is sent with a tracked service, a tracking link will be included.
Can I change my shipping address?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipments are subject to our standard return policy, and Loose Joints is not responsible for customs charges.

What if there’s an issue with my delivery?

Do I need to pay customs duties?
Orders delivered outside the UK, EU and USA may be subject to import taxes and duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 7 working days for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). If the return is due to our error or damage in transit, we will also refund delivery costs.
